My name is Sijmen Post, originally from Haarlem, the Netherlands, I moved to Bali in my late twenties and have been calling this beautiful island home for the past eight years.
My family and I have embraced the Balinese way of life, and my son was even born here. This has given me a deep understanding of the local customs and regulations.
For the past six years, I have been fully immersed in Bali’s real estate market. Together with our trusted partner, HomeBoys Projects, we have successfully built over 100 villas and a few boutique hotels across the island.
With my extensive knowledge of Bali’s real estate market and the valuable experience I’ve gained over the years, I am dedicated to making the process of purchasing and managing real estate in Bali as seamless and stress-free as possible for you.

My name is Koen. In 2024, I was introduced to real estate in Bali through my girlfriend who was looking for a project to invest in.
That’s how I met Sijmen. We instantly clicked, and not long after, I was offered the opportunity to join a new project.
With my background in marketing & project management, it felt like a natural and inspiring next step. That’s how I found my way into this exciting world.
Since then, I’ve been working closely with investors and partners.
My role? Making sure the entire process is clear, transparent, and smooth from the first introduction to the final handover.
Because I believe investing in a villa shouldn’t just be a smart decision it should feel right too.

Homeboys Projects is an international operating architecture & design firm. Working closely with young international design talent and experienced architects, Homeboys Projects always wants to create a unique project fitting the environment.
With an obvious DNA, the homeboys’ style is recognizable and influenced by experiences in areas such as South- and North Africa, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East.
Since 2020 homeboys’s work has been focused on design for residential, hospitality, and commercial purposes. Founders Robbert Slootweg & Hans van den Top, both born in the Netherlands, are known for creating unique concepts, scouting new talent and finding the architectural pieces to fit the puzzle.
Together with Homeboys we have succesfully built over 100 villas on Bali.
